So apparently this guy has been separated from his wife since 1994, but she just only now filed for divorce. The wife is also the one that owns and payed for the apartment and she wants to sell it. Why the fuck doesn’t the guy buy the apartment? If he can’t afford it maybe he shouldn’t have spent all that money building a fucking nerd palace.
